8:50 – 9:00 Presentation of LUMUS Lumus Diaspora project
Community and diaspora focus:
● presentation of LUMUS and its benefits for Slovak diaspore in Slovakia and abroad
● how thanks to LUMUS community we can help each other
● introducing new LUMUS community members
● real-life examples: thanks to LUMUS, we achieved something we wouldn't had achieved on our own (collective investments, new career opportunities, connections of Slovak diaspora with Slovak entrepreneurs, etc.)
● why is it important to build networks between the new Slovak diaspora abroad and innovative start-ups in Slovakia
● how do we plan to create an environment for exchanging know-how, investments and career opportunities between the Slovak diaspora and innovative start-ups
● presentation of new members in Diaspora
● currently open opportunities (careers, investments) available to Diaspora thanks to LUMUS

All the attendees will be informally sharing their personal stories of being investors (and maybe also entrepreneurs) and how the network and meaningful connection helped them succeed.
