The Memorial Association for Free Czechoslovak Veterans will be holding their next remembrance event on Sunday 27 October starting at 13:15 in the Czechoslovak section, of Brookwood Military Cemetery, Cemetery Pales, Brookwood Surrey.
This time we will be remembering the 80th Anniversary of the Slovak National Uprising and the courage and determination of the Czechoslovak Army, who fought for freedom and democracy during WWII, and after, with their continued political fight against the communist regime, until 1989.
This event is by invitation only.
