Popis udalosti/akcie/projektu:
It is a unique concept that connects development and humanitarian actors represented by civil society, government and international organisations. Its main component is the ADF International Conference, which is de facto the only such conference in Central and Eastern Europe. At the core of the ADF concept is the pursuit of regular and continuous dialogue and trust building between state actors, civil society and international organisations.
Audience:
- Politicians and decision-makers: secretaries of state, MPs and MEPs, etc.
- Senior civil servants: directors-general of departments, heads of departments of ministries of foreign affairs and directors of national development agencies, especially from CEE, ambassadors, representatives of partner countries, officials from the EC, especially DG ECHO, DG NEAR and DG INTPA, EUDEL, UN organisations, etc.
- NGOs working in the field of development cooperation, humanitarian aid and global education.
- Private foundations and the business sector.
Three thematic areas:
- Ukraine (reconstruction of Ukraine, including business engagement and cooperation with NGOs, and humanitarian aid)
- Gaza and the Middle East, East Africa
- Civil society and global education
